Precious makes $100m from public offering

Thailand’s Precious Shipping has raised THB3.59bn ($99.72m) through a public offering of debentures.

Some 3.59m of the units were sold at a par value of THB1000 each in the offering, which was approved in November. The proceeds were transferred into $99.72m in US dollars.

The debt has a tenor of five years and a 5.25% interest rate, the bulker owner said today.
