Prosafe awarded Mariner extension

Cyprus based semi-submersible accommodation operator Prosafe has announced that Equinor has exercised the first of six one-month options extending the charter of Safe Boreas.

The Safe Boreas is operating at Mariner in the UK North Sea, having commenced a 13-month contract in August 2017.

The total value of the extension, which keeps the accomodation vessel contracted through to October 2018, is $6m.
