HNA lists shipmanagement unit

Shanghai Zhijing International Ship Management, a subsidiary of HNA Group, has officially listed on China’s National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) yesterday.

HNA currently controls a 64.27% stake of Shanghai Zhijing, formerly Grand China Ship Management, and aims to develop Zhijing into a third party shipmanagement company.

The company currently manages a fleet of 27 vessels, made up of 22 bulkers and 5 containerships, mostly built at HNA-affiliated Jinhai Heavy Industry.
