Ningbo Marine chairman resigns

Shanghai: Ningbo Marine, the shipping subsidiary of Zhejiang Energy Group, has announced that the company’s chairman Chu Min has resigned to take up a new role elsewhere. Chu has been the chairman of Ningbo Marine since April 2012.

The board of the company has appointed vice chairman Yao Cheng as the interim chairman.

Controlling shareholder Zhejiang Energy Group also recommended Chen Dongming, general manager of Ningbo Marine, as a candidate for the chairman position.
