中船防务高管辞职

中船防务，原先名为广船国际，宣布公司收到周笃生辞去公司总经理职务及金利潮、陈卫平辞去公司副总经理职务、麦荣枝辞去公司总工程师职务的申请。

周笃生将继续担任公司的执行董事，其余人将离开。

公司称辞职主要是因为近期完成的重组导致公司内部变动。

公司五月以45.27亿元和9.68亿元完成了广州文冲船厂和扬州科进船厂的收购。
