上海：中船集团宣布在中央调查结束后开始进行内部审查工作。
据中船消息，集团被调查出在多项采购和资产收购交易上发生非法行为，公司两名高管被调查。集团还在调查另外27件潜在的腐败交易。
公司还发现五名负责人的亲属和集团有业务关系，涉及1.8736亿元的合同金额。
中船还表示公司将加强子公司的制度和投资审核，计划在2015年通过股份转移，清算和整合处置总价值4.28亿元的44家子公司。
