舜天船舶输掉更多法院官司

上海：舜天船舶宣布公司接到湖北高级人民法院的裁决，要求公司向南京亚豪船舶支付202,795美元。

南京亚豪船舶在2013年向武汉海事法院提交了法律诉讼，要求船厂支付737万元款项及赔偿金。法院判决舜天船舶向南京亚豪支付248万。但是舜天提起上诉，现在被湖北高级人民法院判决支付110，000美元造船费用和92,795美元赔偿金。

目前舜天船舶正陷入和债权人之间的多起法律纠纷。船厂之前称如果明德重工重组失败，其可能面临29.4亿元的亏损。
