Guangzhou: Xiamen Port Group announced that it will move its bulk and general cargo business at two berths of Dongdu Terminal to two berths it has just leased from its subsidiary Xiamen Container Terminal Group, in order to give space to the development of Xiamen International Cruise Center.
The lease period is nine months and the total leasing fee is RMB38m.
Xiamen Port Group said the lease is a transitional move, it will eventually move the business at the two berths to its Haicang port area, which is currently under construction. [15/08/14]
