A new joint-venture (JV) company, Deepsea Leader Venture (L) Inc, has been incorporated in Labuan, Malaysia, by Alam Maritim Investment and Vallianz International.
The new JV will operate as an owner of offshore support vessels operating in Malaysia’s upstream oil and gas market, and will supply related services.
Alam Maritim Investment is part of Malaysia-listed Alam Maritim Resources; Vallianz International is a subsidiary of Singapore-listed Vallianz Holdings.
The two companies signed a Shareholders’ Agreement on January 5. [05/01/15]
