Kuala Lumpur: Alam Maritim Resources Bhd managing director and CEO Datuk Azmi Ahmad had said his firm is targeting expansion in subsea services and offshore installation and construction (OIC) as it looks to future growth markets.
Alam Maritim recorded a net profit of RM22.25 million in the first three months of the year. On future prospects Azmi said, "There are two areas that we are focusing now, namely OIC and subsea. Currently, we are bidding for OIC contracts and hope to know the result by the second half of this year."
Alam Maritim currently has an order book of close to RM1.5 billion. [24/06/13]
