Singapore: The slimming of Singapore-listed Courage Marine’s fleet continues with the disposal announced yesterday of the Panamax Leader for US$3.86m, a ship that cost the Hsu family controlled foirm $12.88m just two years ago. The unaudited net asset value of Panamax Leader as at June 30, 2012 was approximately $6m. Courage Marine has been offloading older tonnage all year and is tipped to sign up a slew of newbuildings before the end of the year. [25/09/12]
