Hong Kong: Bunker supplier Brightoil Petroleum will have three new barges operating next month. The vessels, each capable of carrying 7,000 mt of bunkers, will be deployed in Shanghai, Ningbo and Zhoushan. Brightoil added four extra barges to its fleet earlier this year and will see a further eight join the fleet by the end of 2013. [10/06/13]
