Kuala Lumpur: Bumi Armada Capital Malaysia, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bumi Armada, yesterday successfully made its issuance of Sukuk Murabahah under the Sukuk Programme. The Sukuk Murabahah issued under the Sukuk Programme is for the full aggregate nominal value of RM1.5bn for a tenure of 10 years, at a profit rate of 6.35% per annum. [05/09/14]
