BW Offshore secures FPSO extension

BW Offshore has announced that it has signed an interim extension agreement for FPSO Abo with Nigerian Agip Exploration, a subsidiary of ENI, until January 20, 2017.

The two companies have agreed on short term extension to secure operational continuity while joint work is continuing to conclude the negotiations.

BW Offshore currently operates a fleet of 14 owned FPSOs and one FSO.
