Singapore: The Cosco (HK) Shipping-controlled bulker Fu Kang was released by the Singapore Supreme Court yesterday, having been detained for two days over an unspecified foreign arbitration matter.
The ship was the second Cosco ship to be detained in Singapore in the space of six weeks. [23/01/14]
