Beijing: The two top executives of Cosco Logistics, the general manager and the secretary of the party committee are to be replaced by Sun Jun from Cosco Qingdao and Wei Qing from China Cosco Bulk Shipping.
Currently, Sun Jun is the general manager of Cosco Qingdao and Wei Qing is the secretary of the party committee and deputy director of China Cosco Bulk Shipping.
Cosco Logistics was set up in 2002 as the logistics arm of China’s largest shipping line, Cosco. The company’s shares were sold by China Cosco Holdings to the mother company China Ocean Shipping Group last year to avoid the delisting in Shanghai due to continued annual losses. [11/03/14]
