Dan-Bunkering headquarters raided

Denmark’s fraud squad has raided the headquarters of Dan-Bunkering as a probe into the company’s links to Syria escalates.

IT experts from Denmark’s financial police have been combing through the company’s computers as investigations proceed into Dan-Bunkering’s alleged sale of jet fuel for use in Syria in violation of EU sanctions.

Founded in 1981, Dan-Bunkering is one of the world’s largest bunker providers with more than 10 offices around the globe.
