Greek owner Diana Shipping has agreed to an extension of the time charter contract with Koch Shipping for 2017-built newcastlemax bulker San Francisco.
.The new charter is for 10-12 months and at a rate of $24,000 per day, a huge jump from the $11,750 previously being paid by Koch.
The charter will generate around $6.96m of gross revenue based on the minimum time charter period.
