Donggi Senoro to start LNG delivery in 2015

Jakarta: Indonesia’s Donggi Senoro LNG is expected to deliver its first LNG cargo in mid-2015, about three months later than its previous target, a senior official of the company said.

Donggi Senoro LNG has agreed to sell 300,000 mt and 1m mt of its LNG output annually to Japanese utilities Kyushu Electric and Chubu Electric, respectively. It will also supply Korea Gas Corp with 700,000 mt per year.

Indonesia is currently the world's fourth-biggest exporter of LNG. The $2.8bn Donggi-Senoro is one of the major gas infrastructure projects in the country to meet booming energy demands. [09/10/14]
