Ensco semisubmersible gets Chevron Indonesia job

UK-headquartered driller Ensco has won a contract for semisubmersible Ensco 8504 from Chevron to operate off Indonesia.

The rig is currently mobilising to Indonesia under the contract and expecting to operate from late March through to early July 16.

Ensco said the contract is worth a lump sum fee of close to $8m for mobilization, acceptance testing and rig load out.
