Ezra does $200m double in South Korea as EMAS turns 20

 

Singapore: Ezra Holdings Limited has announced today that subsea division EMAS AMC has secured two contracts in South Korea to a value of US$200m.
 
The first contract was awarded by STX Offshore & Shipbuilding Co. Ltd for the engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of a turret mooring and subsea system for use in offshore Africa. 
 
The other contract is with DSME for an accommodation and hook-up support vessels also for operations offshore Africa. 
 
Lionel Lee, Managing Director of Ezra, said:  “The contract wins come on the back of an eventful year that saw Ezra’s revenue approaching its first billion dollar mark.”
 
The announcement comes as EMAS celebrates 20 years in the global offshore industry with CJ D'Cort, head of EMAS AMC opening the EMAS 20th Anniversary Conference in Singapore today. [08/11/12]
