John Fredriksen’s Flex LNG has appointed Øystein Kalleklev as chief executive officer, replacing Jonathan Cook who resigned in May.
Kalleklev has been promoted from the role of chief financial officer, a position he has held since October 2017.
Additionally, the company has also appointed Marius Foss as head of commercial. Foss moves from Golar LNG.
Flex reported a net loss of $1.8m for the first quarter of 2018, widened from $1m during the same period in 2017.
