FSL Trust puts LR2 pair in Heidmar pool

Singapore’s FSL Trust has put two of its LR2 product tankers, FSL Piraeus and FSL Perth, into Heidmar’s Sigma Pool.

The two 2006-built vessels, formerly named Torm Margrethe and Torm Marie, have returned from bareboat charters with Denmark’s Torm. Both vessels had been on charter to Torm since 2011.

Roger Woods, chief executive officer of FSL Trus,t commented: “We are delighted to be working along with a reputable and knowledgeable partner like Heidmar. This is another positive step forward for the business, providing stable income and strengthening the Trust’s position with this market leader.”

FSL Trust already has two MR product tankers in the Hafnia MR pool.
