GC Rieber finds more work for CSV Polar Queen

Norway’s GC Rieber Shipping has been fixed its 2011-build CSV Polar Queen on time charter to an unnamed European offshore client.

The charter commences in May 2019 and is for a fixed period of four months with options to extend by up to one month.

The vessel will be based in the UK North Sea, performing accommodation services and walk-to-work duties.

Einar Ytredal, acting CEO of GC Rieber Shipping, commented: “Polar Queen continues her success in the walk-to-work market, and we are pleased to see that the vessel, crew and our organizational capabilities are recognized in the market.”
