Hong Kong: China Shipping Haisheng Hong Kong has sold two chemical tankers to Jiangmen Yinhu Ship Recycling Yard for $2.064m.
The company said the ships were too out of date to get work in China at the moment, and had to be scrapped as there were no buyers for this old tonnage. [23/11/12]
