HJH Shipmanagement orders bulker pair at CSSC Chengxi

German owner HJH Shipmanagement has placed an order at China’s CSSC Chengxi Shipyard for the construction of one 40,000 dwt bulk carrier, with an option available for another.

The vessels will be equipped with a highly efficient self unloading system, capable of unloading the full load of cargo within seven hours.

Cadenberge-based HJH currently operates five handy bulkers. The new bulkers will be the largest vessels in the company’s fleet.
