Manila: Philippine port operator International Container Terminal Services Inc has taken full ownership of a port terminal in Australia. ICTSI has recently acquired from Anglo Ports the missing 10% stake it did not own in Victoria International Container Terminal in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
VICT last May May signed a $509m agreement with Port of Melbourne Corp for the design, construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance and financing of the Port of Melbourne's new international container terminal and empty container park at Webb Dock. [05/02/15]
