Jakarta: Capitol Nusantara Indonesia, a shipping company based in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, will sell 208.36m shares equivalent to 25% of the company next month in the latest in a series of Indonesian shipping IPOs. Capitol is controlled by Singapore’s ASL Marine Holdings. The cash raised from the listing will go to buy an anchor handling tug supply vessel (AHTS).
The company now has 27 tug boats, five anchor handling tug vessels, 26 barge vessels and two floating cranes. [18/12/13]
