Jakarta starts screening for Ebola

Jakarta: With worldwide panic beginning to set in about the potential spread of the Ebola virus from Africa Indonesian authorities have moved to up screening of people entering the Southeast Asian nation.

“The thermal screening test equipment at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and Tanjung Priok Port have been activated,” Jakarta Health Agency head Dien Emmawati said yesterday.  [14/08/14]
