Shanghai: Jiangsu Steamship is spending a total of $108.8m for four 63,800dwt supramax newbuilds which will be built by Jiangsu Yangzijiang Shipbuilding . The ships will be delivered in 2014 and are designed with fuel efficiency in mind, consuming 26.4 metric tonnes of bunker fuel a day when voyaging at 14.4 knots. [22/06/12]
