Dubai: Former foes are now working together in the energy sector. The Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry has revealed details about an MoU signed with Iraq on jointly developing oil fields between the two countries.
Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Khaled Al-Jarallah said "there is a memorandum prepared and will soon be adopted by the two countries and we will start oil operations in the light of this signing". [16/06/13]
