Singapore: The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) has cancelled another bunker supplier license today, this time Palmstone Petroleum Pte Ltd's on the end of an apparent crackdown which has seen four licenses cancelled in the space of two weeks.
Palmstone Petroleum Pte Ltd was found to have breached the terms and conditions of the Bunkering Licence by allowing another company to use its Bunker Delivery Notes to supply bunkers to customers of that other company. This is the third time this clause has been breached this year, leading to a cancellation of license.
Palmstone Petroleum Pte Ltd is no longer allowed to operate as a bunker supplier in the Port of Singapore.
