Singapore: Andrew Tan Kok Kiong will be appointed as chief executive of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) with effect from 1 January 2014. He will take over from Lam Yi Young.
Tan, 46, is currently the Deputy Secretary of Special Duties in the Ministry of Transport and holds a concurrent appointment as Fellow in the Civil Service College. [03/12/13]
