Singapore: Malaysian offshore shipbuilder Nam Cheong Limited has completed the acquisition of a 10,097 sq ft office space located at Suntec Tower Three, Singapore for a total of around S$30m.
The offices will be subject to the existing tenancies, but once these expire the space will be used as the corporate office for Nam Cheong in Singapore. [06/01/14]
