Nam Cheong secures two AHTS orders

Singapore: Malaysian offshore shipbuilder Nam Cheong has announced that it has secured sale contracts for two anchor handling towing supply vessels worth a total value of around $45m.

One of the vessels was sold to Netherlands-based Vroon, and the other vessel was sold to E.A. Temile Development Company of Nigeria, an engineering and construction company.

With these two contracts, Nam Cheong’s order book now stands at about RM1.7bn. [29/12/14]
