Kuala Lumpur: Nam Cheong has revelead that Nam Cheong International Ltd, an indirect 100% owned subsidiary of the company, has incorporated two new wholly-owned subsidiaries, Nam Cheong OSV Ltd and Nam Cheong Venture Ltd in the Federal Territory of Labuan, Malaysia.
The principal activities engaged by the new companies are the sale and purchase of vessels, provision of services for vessels and general shipping operations. [02/01/13]
