Shanghai: Nanjing Tanker, the delisted oil shipping arm of Sinotrans & CSC, announced that Nanjing Intemediate People’s Court has approved the request by its creditor Tianjin Huifeng Energy to restructure the company.
Tianjin Huifeng Energy had applied with the court to restructure the company as Nanjing Tanker has been unable to repay bunkering fees of RMB19.45m. [23/07/14]
