Nantong: According to the latest information released by Nantong transport authority, orders at Nantong COSCO Shipyard account for half of the nation’s offshore product orders.
From January to June, the yard has 10 offshore products under construction, with a contract value of more than US$3bn.
In the first half of this year the yard received orders worth more than US$500m, 5 times that of the same period of last year. [30/08/12]
