Shanghai: Ningbo Port Co announced that it has appointed Cai Shenkang as the new president of the company.
Cai Shenkang, 53, had served various positions in Ningbo Port Authority and joined Ningbo Port Group in 2002, and had been the vice president of Ningbo Port since 2008. [29/05/14]
