Dubai: National Iranian Tanker Co (NITC) is ready to boost its fleet in the wake of sanctions easing against Iran.
Managing director Ali Akbar Safaei told the Wall Street Journal: “We have decided to expand our fleet.”
Safaei said he was looking at crude and product tankers as well as LNG carriers.
The tanker boss said he was waiting for a full lifting of sanctions before he committed to new orders. [16/03/14]
