Perdana Petroleum wins multiple vessel contracts

Malaysian OSV operator Perdana Petroleum has secured work for five vessels from Petronas Carigali worth in total of around $14.4m.

In five separate Bursa Malaysia filings, the the company said its Perdana Nautika division had won contract extensions for three anchor-handling tug and supply vessels (AHTS), an accommodation work barge and a new contract for one of its AHTSs’.

The extended AHTS hires vary from 140 to 254 days with options, while the accommodation unit has been fixed for up to 271 days. The contracts have already come into effect.

The new AHTS deal worth some $3.6m is set to start on the vessel’s on-hire certificate date and lasts up to 238 days.

Earlier this month, Perdana also bagged jobs for a pair of accommodation work barges worth about $8m in total.
