Prosafe pockets $1.7m from charter extension

Aker BP, formerly known as Det norske oljeselskap, has extended the charter of Prosafe’s Safe Zephyrus semi-submersible accommodation vessel at the Ivar Aasen project in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea.

The 10-day option extends on site operations through January 2017 and has a total value of approximately $1.7m.
