The Port Authority of Thailand, Ranong province, Ranong Port and the private sector have got in touch with Myanmar Five Star Line (MFSL), the national shipping flag carrier of Myanmar, to try and get it to use Ranong as a hub port. A preliminary agreement has been reached and further discussions will take place soon. [09/01/13]
