Shanghai: Sainty Marine, a private shipbuilder in Jiangsu, has sold two containerships which were previously abandoned by a European owner, to AVIC Leasing.
The construction of the two ships “Sainty Vigour” and “Sainty Vogue” was completed in March 2014 and October 2013 respectively.
Currently Sainty Vigour has been chartered to APL for its service between Vietnam and China, while Sainty Vogue has been chartered to Samskip on a 35-day contract. [29/07/14]
