Shanghai: SDTR Marine, the joint venture between Shandong Shipping and Singaporean owner Transcenden Global, have placed orders for six 82,000 dwt kamsarmax bulkers with four options at Sinotrans & CSC Jinling Shipyard.
The estimated price for each vessel is $28m, with the bulkers expected to be delivered between 2016 and 2018.
SDTR Marine ordered 6+6 kamsarmax bulkers at Jinling Shipyard last December with deliveries scheduled between 2015 and 2017. [24/02/14]
