Solstad Offshore awarded South African AHTS contracts by Total

Solstad Offshore has been awarded contracts by Total E&P South Africa for large anchor handling tug supply vessels Normand Drott and Normand Prosper.

The vessels will support Total’s operations at Block 11B/12B, where the drilling programme is expected to take up to 280 days.

Commencement is scheduled during during the first half of 2020.

Normand Drott and Normand Prosper are currently trading the North Sea spot market.
