Tasneef signs pact with Islamic owners association

Dubai: Emirates classification society Tasneef and the Organization of the Islamic Ship-owners Association (OISA) have signed an agreement to enhance mutual cooperation. The agreement was signed by Dr Abdul Latif bin Sultan, the general secretary of OISA and the ceo of Tasneef, Eng. Rashid Al Hebsi in the presence of more than seventy officials and experts representing companies of maritime and transport in the OIC countries.

Al Hebsi commented: "This is one of the important steps that Tasneef takes to support its existence in local, regional and international levels and we are proud that we have the capability and efficiency to provide the best classification services to compete the international classification societies."  [23/11/14]
