TGS set to complete Spectrum acquisition

Norwegian seismic specialist TGS-NOPEC Geophysical is set to complete the acquisition of Spectrum, a deal announced in May.

All the conditions for the deal have now been fulfilled, and the transaction has been declared unconditional. Spectrum shareholders will receive 0.28 ordinary TGS shares for each Spectrum share, in addition to a cash consideration of NOK 0.655 per share.

Completion is scheduled for August 15.
