Taipei: Wisdom Marine continues to accelerate towards 100 ships with another $94m spend announced for three Japanese newbuilds.
Wisdom has opted for a 55,000 dwt handymax at Kawasaki Heavy Industries for around $28m and two 81,000 dwt supramaxes at Imabari Shipbuilding priced at around $33m each.
This follows on from three 63,000 dwt bulkers Wisdom inked at Imabari last month. [27/01/14]
