Hong Kong: Titan Petrochemicals announced that, the company, Titan Fujian and Titan TQSL have been in negotiations with Grand China Logistics to reach a settlement on the litigation relating to the group’s proposed disposal of its 95% equity interest in Titan Quanzhou Shipyard.
All the parties have agreed a stay to the proceedings pending the results of negotiations on the settlement. [15/08/13]
